Tyler Proffitt

Program Director

Tyler Proffitt is our Junior Term Program Director and has worked for Alpine since 2009 as a counselor, head counselor, lifeguard, and administrative assistant. Like many campers, his favorite day of the year is Mountain Day. Tyler graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in History in 2012. In the off-season, he teaches history and literature to 7th and 8th graders at the Stonehaven School in Marietta, Georgia where he also coaches track and field.

Richard Cox

Richard has worn a variety of hats at Alpine during his summers on staff, from cabin counselor, head counselor, crew chief and program director beginning in 2012.
