Roderick Russ has “only” been around Alpine since 1992. He has worked as a counselor, administrative assistant, horseback instructor, Head Counselor, and now as the Second Term Program Director. He was Glenn’s cabin counselor in ’92 and ’93 beginning a long friendship that continues to this day. Roderick brings incredible enthusiasm to the program (he has more energy than anyone we’ve ever met!).

Roderick teaches History and English to 7th and 8th Graders at Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, TN where he also coaches track, cross country, and ultimate frisbee. His strongest qualification comes from his home where he and his wife, Tricia, are successfully raising three boys and two girls!
